Mellow Rose, Porto

Dear All,

This period is a time of sales meetings and preparing for upcoming season. Most of the brandmanagers are out and about checking out the new collections around the world.

These pictures are from Porto in Portugal, where Ellie went last week to check out the latest Mellow Rose collection. It's really a magnificent city with beautiful surroundings. Some pictures are from the Mellow Rose office of Porto. This building was "original" and all the details all from back in the days, sometimes sometimes causing problems during rainy periods..

It was really great seeing the evolution of the collection still beautiful fabrics at a very commercial pricepoint. Great colours and a really great new "fashion" basics group I know we will sell really well off!

Krister is described as this extremely passionate/ social person, Simon is really well structured and makes sure we keep to our targets, and well Didrik describes himself as quite calm and trustworthy..

Fashion Fun

Dear All,

Hope that you're all well and not letting the weather get you down. Hopefully the summer will be back to stay sooner than we know it.

At the moment we've started arranging for SS13: we're booking meetings with our customers, pimping the showroom, arranging for the arrival of the new AW12 goods and ofcourse for the SS13 samples that have to arrive before our customers do (in the end of July).

I came across these great pictures from the Habit Fashion Award, where we were nominated for the price of "Young Fashion/  Supplier of The Year", an award sponsored by Terminal 2. We were three "finalist": Morris, Flodells and Dr. Denim that well deserved took the first price.
It was a fantastic experience- and what a party! Next time we're taking the victory..
